Lars Johannesen

Lars Johannesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Nordic Professional Sales and Marketing at Danish Crown since July 2017. Lars is responsible for DCF Professional (Foodservice) and is a member of the management team at Danish Crown Denmark. Previously, Lars held the position of Business Unit Director, overseeing P&L for major retail customers and focusing on category development and innovations. Prior to joining Danish Crown, Lars spent a decade at Dansk Supermarked Group in various roles, including Senior Category Manager for Dairy, Eggs, BSM, and multiple Category Manager positions in Fish and Convenience categories. Lars began a career at Hilding Anders International as a Project Manager for Lean implementation and held positions in inventory management and production at Expozentrum SL and Tholstrup Cheese. Lars holds a Cand.merc.log degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Aarhus University.
