Niels Hedegaard

Niels Hedegaard has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement, supply chain management, and logistics. Niels has held leadership positions at companies such as LEGO Group, SWEDOOR Danmark, and Danish Crown, where they have been responsible for strategic and operational procurement activities, project management, and process optimization. Most recently, they served as the Director of Group Procurement Quality & ESG at Danish Crown. Throughout their career, Niels has demonstrated expertise in driving efficiency and excellence in procurement processes and supply chain operations.

Niels Hedegaard completed their Baccalaureate in Mathematics at Ikast Gymnasium in 1986. Niels then pursued an Academy Foundation (AF) degree in Marketing, Purchasing, and Business Administration at Herning Handelsskole from 1987 to 1991. Later, they obtained a Graphic Supervisor Education degree in Management & Economics from The Graphic Arts Institute in 1992. Their postgraduate degrees include a CBA in General Management from AVT in 2011 and an Executive MBA in General Management from AVT Business School, Copenhagen in 2012.
