Cecilie Bisgaard-Frantzen

Cecilie Bisgaard-Frantzen is an experienced professional in public health and patient safety, currently serving as a Specialkonsulent at Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed since May 2017. Prior to this role, Cecilie worked as a Student in Analysis at Dansk Sygeplejeråd from January 2016 to April 2017, focusing on data collection in statistics. Cecilie gained valuable experience as a Visiting Scholar with the UC Berkeley Wellness Letter in 2015, contributing to disseminating evidence-based health information. Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed arbejder for, at det er trygt at være patient i det danske sundhedsvæsen. Vi behandler klager fra patienter og ankesager om erstatninger. Vi autoriserer sundhedspersoner. Vi fører tilsyn med den sundhedsfaglige virksomhed i sundhedsvæsenet og administrerer rapporteringssystemet om utilsigtede hændelser. På det grundlag bidrager vi til, at sundhedsvæsenet lærer af fejl og forebygger gentagelser. Vi er mere end 300 medarbejdere og har tilknyttet over 450 sagkyndige konsulenter, der dækker de sundhedsfaglige specialer inden for hele sundhedsområdet.
