Sophia Faurskov

Sophia Faurskov currently serves as a Student Assistant in the International Department at Røde Kors, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Political Intern at the Embassy of Denmark in Egypt from February to July 2023 and as a Project Associate and Accompanying Person at Røde Kors from June to December 2022. Sophia's volunteer experience includes working at the refugee camp Camp Eleonas in Athens with Project Elea in late 2021. Additionally, Sophia has held positions as a Student Assistant at Børns Vilkår from May 2020 to October 2021 and at the Institute for Human Rights from December 2018 to September 2019. Sophia's educational background includes studies at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2017 to 2024, along with an exchange program in Political Science at the University of Limerick in 2019.
