Randika Silva

Randika Silva is an experienced professional in the textile and apparel industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Merchandiser at Courtaulds Clothing Lanka Pvt Ltd from December 2021 to May 2023, where Randika contributed to allocation strategies, managed customer relations, and collaborated with internal stakeholders to achieve key performance targets. Previously, Randika held Senior Merchandiser positions at Smart Shirts Limited and worked as a Merchandiser Executive at Hirdaramani Group. Randika began a career in merchandising at Smart Shirts Limited in May 2014. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Textile and Apparel Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel Technology.
