Previously, Louis held the position of Chief Mate - Officer of the Bridge at Bouchard Transportation Co., Inc., overseeing articulated tug and barge units and ensuring the safe navigation of vessels and products worth up to $62 million in the oil and gas marine sector. At Crosby Tugs, Louis managed large offshore tugs and maintained compliance with regulatory audits while navigating high-value oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Louis began a military career as a Military Digital Analyst in the US Army, providing secure communication capabilities during operations in Iraq.
