Erin Dervin

Erin Dervin is an experienced legal professional with a focus on labor law, particularly in the administrative and criminal defense of peace officers. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Dannis Woliver Kelley since November 2022, Erin has held similar roles at White Brenner LLP from June 2019 to October 2022 and as a Senior Associate at Mastagni Holstedt from August 2012 to June 2019. Prior to this, Erin served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Shasta County District Attorney's Office from August 1997 to August 2012, handling cases from investigation through trial and sentencing. Additionally, Erin has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Faculty member at National University from January 2005 to December 2010. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Sonoma State University.
