Safety Director at Danny's Construction Company

Diane began her career with Danny’s Construction Company in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant. After one short year, she showed interest in the operations side of things and started her training and education to become a Safety and Claims Representative and eventually the Safety and Claims Manager. Diane is responsible for the development, implementation, documentation and enforcement of the company safety program in cooperation with other Danny’s Construction Safety Representatives, employees, our customers and project owners. She is a familiar and consistent face at all job sites and strives to send all Danny’s Construction employees home safely each day. Diane has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She is a Certified Safety Professional, a CHST, an Outreach Program Trainer (OSHA 500), an MSHA instructor, and is a member of the Construction Safety Council (OSHA 30), ASSE, and the MN Safety Council. Diane is also committed to seeking out the most current information and practices in the Safety industry.
