Heni Wijayanti is an accomplished professional in food science and product development, currently serving as a Product Design & Development Manager at Danone Nutricia Research since March 2020. Previously, Heni held the role of Project Manager at the European Federation of Food Science and Technology, where responsibilities included managing EU-funded food projects and disseminating project outcomes. As a Research Specialist at NIZO, significant contributions were made in dairy protein research, product development, and methods optimization for infant formula. Earlier experience as a Research Scientist at Teagasc involved leading a research program for next-generation protein ingredients for infant formulation and developing heat-stable whey ingredients. Heni obtained a PhD in Food Science from The University of Queensland, alongside a Master’s degree from Institut Pertanian Bogor and The University of Queensland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry from Universitas Padjadjaran.
