Adriana Serna is a seasoned supply chain professional with 29 years of experience in multinational consumer goods companies, including PepsiCo, Kellogg Company, and Procter & Gamble. Currently serving as the Manufacturing & Engineering VP at Danone, they have led significant business transformations and developed high-performance teams across diverse sectors in five countries. Adriana’s expertise encompasses end-to-end supply chain management, engineering, and operational excellence, underpinned by a strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion. They hold a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and completed the Harvard Executive Development Program in 2019.
