Alyssa Wells has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Program and Projects Manager at Danone since April 2015, with prior roles including Production Performance Manager, Quality & Improvements Manager, and Quality Manager specifically for the Mt Wellington plant. Before joining Danone, Alyssa held the position of Food Safety & Quality Lead at La Bonne Cuisine (Heinz Watties) from October 2012 to April 2015 and worked as a Front Desk Representative & Administrator at Auckland Council for a brief period in early 2012. Early career experience includes positions as a Quality Technician at George Weston Foods and Quality and New Product Development Assistant at Hauraki Brewing Company Ltd, both during summer work placements, as well as a Laboratory Technician role at Hubbard Foods Ltd. Alyssa completed a Bachelor of Food Technology with First Class Honours from Massey University between 2008 and 2011.
