Amadeo Adell

Amadeo Adell currently serves as the Global Purchasing (SSD) Director Indirect Spend at Danone, a position held since November 2004, overseeing an indirect spend of 3 billion Euros across the company's four major activities: Dairy, Waters, Baby, and Medical Nutrition. Amadeo manages a team of 11 direct reports and a network of over 100 buyers worldwide. Previously, Amadeo was the Purchasing Director for Dairy Southern Europe, managing a spend of 500 million Euros and coordinating services buying for all Danone activities in Spain with a team of 70. Earlier in the career, Amadeo held the role of Purchasing & Procurement Director at Moulinex and Valeo. Amadeo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Diplomatura in Ciencias Empresariales from UNED.
