Anna Hayes is currently the Category Director of Plastics Procurement for NORAM at Danone, overseeing strategic initiatives in the field. Previously, Anna served as a Senior Category Activation Manager at Danone and held various procurement roles at LANXESS Deutschland GmbH and LANXESS Corporation, including Strategic Buyer and Procurement Manager. From 2016 to 2019, Anna was the Chair of the US Regional Committee for Together for Sustainability. Anna earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from RWTH Aachen University in 2009.
