Barbara Drajczyk is an accomplished IT and data leader with a Master's degree in IT Systems of Management from Politechnika Warszawska and postgraduate studies in Management of IT Projects from the Warsaw School of Economics. They began their career with an internship at Nestle Polska before progressing through various roles at Nestlé GLOBE Center Europe, Roche, and Danone, where they managed IT and governance teams across multiple European markets. Currently, Barbara serves as the Head of IT & Data - Commercial at Danone, overseeing IT Commercial teams in Central Europe and the Nordics. Additionally, they contribute as a mentor with DareIT, supporting women's career development in the IT industry.
