Basak Cagci

Basak Cagci is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation, compliance, and legal consultancy. Currently serving as a Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at Danone since December 2022, Basak advises on supplier and distributor relationships across multiple regions, enhancing contract review processes and conducting training sessions. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Azerion, where agreements across various sectors were managed, and as a Community Consultant at the Legal Advice Centre, providing legal support to clients. Basak's earlier experience includes consultancy roles in M&A projects and law practice, supported by a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law with International Corporate Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Laws from Istanbul University.
