Bogdana Kuts is a human resources management professional with over 10 years of experience in global organizational development. Having worked with companies such as Danone and Monsanto, they have been responsible for implementing talent management strategies, facilitating organizational change, and enhancing employee engagement across various functions. They began their career as an HR Trainee at Kyivstar and later achieved a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Kyiv National Economics University. Currently, Bogdana serves as a Global HR Manager at Danone, focusing on talent acquisition and development for global functions.
