Brandy Cate

Brandy Cate is a Learning and Development Specialist at Danone since July 2025, with prior experience as a Learning and Development Leader at HelloFresh from July 2023 to March 2025, where Brandy integrated employee engagement initiatives and developed multi-modal training communication strategies. Brandy served as a Training Operations Manager at Target from November 2018 to October 2023, leading the design and implementation of Onboarding Learning Plans and collaborating with various departments to address training needs.
