Bruno Dasque is the Vice President of Research & Innovation Europe at Danone, focusing on dairy, plant-based products, and waters. Bruno has extensive experience in research and development, having held multiple leadership roles within Danone, including Director of R&D for Danone Waters in China and ASPAC. Prior to joining Danone, Bruno worked at Procter & Gamble as an Associate Director in R&D, specializing in fabric care. Bruno is also a Board Member of the European Technology Platform ‘Food for Life,’ dedicated to advancing sustainable practices in the food industry. Bruno earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from King’s College London and a Master of Science in Chemistry & Physics from ENSCBP.
