Can Karaca

Can Karaca is currently the Head of Procurement Indirect Cycle and Excellence at Danone, where they lead procurement strategies and team initiatives. They previously held key positions at Avon, including Cluster Procurement Manager for Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, as well as regional roles overseeing procurement across several countries. Earlier in their career, Can was a Procurement and Logistic Team Lead at NETAŞ and a Commercial Category Lead at Yıldız Holding. Can's academic background includes an MBA from both Bahçeşehir University and the University of Washington, complemented by a degree in Finance from Marmara University.
