They possess extensive expertise in people management, having led teams of over 100 individuals, and have a strong background in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Caryn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master's Degree in International Business from Monash University, Melbourne.
