Celine Dietz

Celine Dietz has diverse experience in the fields of nutritional science and food technology. Celine held internships at Medicum Hamburg as a Nutritional Therapy Intern and at Seminarzentrum fünfseenblick GmbH. Celine worked as a Product Development Intern at the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV, focusing on the extrusion and fermentation of plant-based proteins, and is currently conducting a Master's thesis on developing pea and soy-based protein films using extrusion technology. Celine has also served as a Junior Project Manager at Danone and completed a research and innovation internship there. Celine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Processing from ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften, a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, and a Master of Science in Life Science and Nutritional Science from Česká zemědělská univerzita v Praze, with ongoing studies in Ernährungswissenschaften at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
