Cindy Chen

Cindy Chen is an experienced IP counsel currently serving as the Head of IP for Danone Great China, where they lead the China IP team overseeing matters across various business units. Previously, Cindy worked as Counsel for North Asia IP and Innovation at Diageo, managing crucial IP assets for brands throughout Great China and North Asia. Prior to this, Cindy was an Associate at Fangda Partners, where they handled a wide range of IP issues, including litigation and commercial support. Cindy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from Peking University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science from Fudan University.
