Daniela Cáceres

Daniela Cáceres is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as EU Jr. HR Project Manager at Danone since March 2024, Daniela supports the Global Talent HR team, contributing to strategic projects and data management. Previous roles include Talent Manager at Autolab, where Daniela established the HR and Talent department and led recruitment efforts across multiple regions, and HR Operations Performance & Process Specialist at Otis Elevator Co., focusing on process transition. Additionally, Daniela has held leadership positions at UBits Learning Solutions, overseeing HR processes and e-learning content. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and is pursuing a Master’s in International Human Resources Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
