David XIA

David Xia is a highly experienced R&D Director specializing in beverage and food innovation, with over 28 years of expertise in delivering market and financial success across Greater China and the APAC region, including Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand. They have held significant roles at major companies such as Unilever, Mars, PepsiCo, and Danone, where they led various innovation projects and managed diverse teams in product development and commercialization. David currently serves as the R&D Associate Director at Danone, overseeing the Mizone hydration formulation team and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project launches. They hold a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of New South Wales and are pursuing further education at Zhejiang University.
