Delphine Baro

Delphine Baro is the Strategy & Business Transformation Director and Chief of Staff at Danone France, currently leading initiatives in strategic transformation. They previously held various roles at Danone, including Organizational Development Director at Danone North America and Purchasing Director at Danone Canada. With a solid background in procurement and category management from earlier positions at Blédina and Danone Waters, Delphine brings extensive experience in operational leadership. They obtained an Engineer's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Polytech'Montpellier and continue their studies in Innovation, Marketing, Management, and Supply at Laval University.
