Didier Faubel

Didier Faubel is currently the Responsable Exploitation Process et Énergie at Danone, a position they have held since 2011. Previously, Didier accrued extensive experience at Danone, serving in various roles including engineering packaging, manager of production optimization, and several leadership positions in cheese and brewing processes. Prior to joining Danone, Didier was the Responsable fabrication at Boulangerie Coagule Surgele from 1996 to 1997. Didier holds a Maitrise in Science Technique and Genie alimentaire from La Rochelle Université and a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Agro Alimentaire from Lycee Agricole de Perpignan.
