Eric Gressier

Eric Gressier is an experienced IT and data leader with a proven track record at Danone since 2003, currently serving as the Head of IT Data, Analytics & Innovation for France. In this role, Eric focuses on empowering business teams through data initiatives, including analytics and AI. Previously, as IT&Data Transformation Officer for the French market, Eric orchestrated major business transformations and oversaw global PMO and team management. Eric's tenure at Danone Nutricia Research involved directing IT and data strategies for global Research & Innovation centers, spearheading tech innovations, and ensuring value creation. Eric's early career included leadership positions in human resources processes and sales information systems, complemented by internships and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from emlyon business school.
