Eric Lam

Eric Lam is currently a Project Director at Danone Waters China, where they explore business opportunities and serve as an adviser to the President after retirement from the Danone Group. Previously, they held leadership roles, including General Manager and Managing Director across various Danone subsidiaries in Asia, contributing to significant projects and brand launches in countries such as Indonesia and Thailand. With an MBA from West Virginia University and a BASc from West Liberty State University, Eric has amassed extensive experience in full-function general management and a proven track record in M&A and turning around troubled companies. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Eric has adapted to diverse cultures and local regulations throughout their career.
