Fanny Rahmatika

Fanny Rahmatika is currently a Human Resources Management Trainee at Danone, with prior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner intern at Unilever and ParagonCorp. They served as the Head of the Monitoring Division in the Human Resources Department at the Industrial Engineering UGM Student Association, overseeing the performance evaluation of 193 staff members. Fanny was selected as an XL Future Leaders Batch 10 Awardee, participating in an intensive leadership development program. They hold an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, graduating with a GPA of 3.84/4.00.
