Gabriel Camacho is a senior manager in process yogurt engineering at Danone since November 2025, focusing on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and food safety while developing project evaluations. Prior to this role, Gabriel spent over 18 years at Tetra Pak, holding positions such as project manager, process engineer, project coordinator, SAP project management and engineering super user, and project engineer, managing high-risk projects and performing engineering calculations for dairy and beverage processing. Gabriel also coordinated operations and maintenance for hydro systems at HIDROCAPITAL from September 2002 to January 2007.
