Gilbert Shen

Gilbert Shen is an experienced Communications and Employee Engagement leader with a strong background in the technology, chemical, and healthcare industries. They have held various positions, including PRC Internal Communications Consultant at Intel, Internal Communications Lead at IBM, and Senior Manager for Internal/Business Communications and CSR at Johnson & Johnson. Currently, Gilbert serves as Associate Director, Head of Employee Experience and Engagement at Danone, and as Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Pandora. Gilbert earned a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Studies from Shanghai International Studies University.
