Grace Sobieszek

Grace Sobieszek is a professional with experience in diverse roles spanning the food service and healthcare industries. At Triple Two Coffee, Grace supervised cake and pastry displays, ensuring allergen safety and proper product labeling from September 2021 to August 2022. In a brief role as an Outreach Officer for Blockchain NeXt in April 2018, Grace contributed to the successful execution of a conference that drew over 700 participants. More recently, from August 2025 to July 2023 at Danone, Grace served in various capacities, including Market Access Manager and Medical Affairs Assistant, where responsibilities included nutritional comparisons for product renovations and leading the labeling processes for the Nutricia medical portfolio. Grace's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition with a First-Class degree from the University of Westminster, completed in 2022.
