Gustavo Alvarez

Gustavo Alvarez is the Research & Development Director at Danone, where they focus on dairy, plant-based products, waters, infant milk formulas, and medical nutrition. Previously, they served as the Quality & Food Safety Director and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Danone, managing supplier relationships and improving internal processes. Gustavo held the position of R&D Director at Mars Petcare, overseeing product development and food safety. They earned an M.B.A. from Universidad del CEMA and are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
