Iain Paton

Iain Paton is a strategic and commercially focused senior leader with over 17 years of experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Danone since 2024, Iain has previously held significant roles, including Director of Customer Development for Asia Pacific at Colgate-Palmolive and Head of Grocery & Emerging Markets at H&H Group. Iain is known for delivering exceptional customer engagement and developing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining strategic partnerships. Iain holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) from Monash University, which they are currently pursuing.
