Ian Jackson is the Head of Business Solutions (Ops) for the UK and Ireland, leading the management of IS objectives and ensuring optimal service delivery. Previously, Ian served as an IT Manager at Danone, where they managed applications and supported operational needs across the business. Ian also worked as a Business Systems Analyst, contributing to the development of business processes and application management. They began their career at Carnaud Metal Box Specialty Packaging as a Data Controller on the JD Edwards ERP system implementation team. Ian studied at Southport College from 1998 to 2000.
