Ilse Bauduin is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing excellence and operations management. Currently serving as the European Manufacturing Excellence Director at Danone since February 2008, Ilse is responsible for the implementation of factory operating systems and strategic manufacturing initiatives across Europe.
