Jane Snelling

Jane Snelling is a Senior Research Scientist in Plant-Based Beverages at Danone, where they currently apply their expertise in food science. Previously, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at North Dakota State University, conducting research and presenting findings for peer-reviewed publications. Jane's experience includes internships at Glanbia Nutritionals, where they executed studies on cheese functionality and assisted in optimizing processes for whey protein products. They earned a Master of Science in Cereal Science from North Dakota State University and conducted undergraduate research at the University of Idaho, where they presented their findings at a national conference.
