Jiangyi Mao

Jiangyi Mao is currently a Product Development Manager at Danone, where they focus on developing innovative food products. Prior to this role, Jiangyi worked at Nu Skin Enterprises as a PD Scientist, specializing in health food development for various age groups, and contributed to the launch of multiple functional food products. Their experience also includes positions as a Research Scientist and Technology Scouting Specialist at Wilmar International, where they were involved in developing specialty fats for infant formulas and establishing open innovation networks. Jiangyi holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Energy Engineering and Pyrotechnics from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and a Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology.
