Josée Lachance, CRHA, is a strategic HR generalist with over 20 years of experience in matrixed organizations. They have held various roles, including Human Resources Director at Danone, and previously served as Director of HR at VF Corporation, where they navigated organizational challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
