Kais Mannai possesses extensive experience in the food industry, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies since 2010. Starting as Chef d’équipe at Elmazeraa from October 2010 to February 2012, Kais progressed to the position of Superviseur postproduction at Moulin d'Or, serving from March 2012 to June 2015. Following a role as responsable contrôle qualité at Laboratoire Vital from July 2015 to August 2017, Kais currently excels as Chef de production at Clc Délice, a position held since September 2017. Kais holds a diplôme technicien supérieur in industries alimentaires from the École supérieur d'industrie alimentaires de Tunis.
