Kamil Ruszczyk

Kamil Ruszczyk is a seasoned Portfolio, Program, and Project Director with extensive experience in the food industry, notably at Danone, where they held various roles including Head of Demand Planning and S&OP for Central Europe and Nordics. Kamil began their career at Danone as a Trainee in the Management Program and progressed through several key positions, including PMO Director and Senior Project Manager. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering in Automatics and Robotics from Warsaw University of Technology and later completed postgraduate studies in Value Based Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
