Karissa Seltz

Karissa Seltz has diverse experience in communications and management, beginning as an Assistant English Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from July 2009 to July 2010. Following this role, Karissa worked as a Marketing Associate at the Telluride Yoga Festival and gained further experience in various communications roles, including as a Community Relations & Sustainability Graduate Intern with the National Restaurant Association and as a Specialist in Internal Communications at Aon Hewitt. From April 2015 to March 2018, Karissa served as Manager of People Advisory Services at EY. A significant tenure at Danone from July 2019 to December 2024 included positions as Director of Corporate Communications, Senior Manager of Internal Communications, and Director of Corporate Affairs, all located in the Greater Denver Area. Karissa holds a B.A. from Skidmore College and an M.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with ongoing studies at Waseda University.
