Kate Vain has extensive experience in finance, having held significant leadership roles at major companies including Pennon Group Plc, South West Water, and Danone. They served as Head of Finance for various divisions at Danone, driving commercial finance and revenue growth in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this, they were the Head of Finance for Shared Services & Water Retail at Pennon Group, where they led financial and change management initiatives. Kate also contributes to the community as a trustee at Exeter City Swimming Club. They hold a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from The Nottingham Trent University.
