Kathy Cavill

Kathy Cavill possesses extensive experience in marketing and channel development, notably serving as Channel Development Director (export) at Danone Early Life Nutrition from March 2016 to March 2019. Prior to this role, Kathy held multiple positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Customer Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Marketing Director, where responsibilities included managing diverse beauty and skincare portfolios, leading marketing teams, and driving significant sales growth.
