Khaled Helal is currently the Organizational Development Lead for the Middle East and North Africa at Danone. Previously, Khaled held the position of Organizational Development & HRBP Head at First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr, and served as the Performance & Talent Management Lead at EGBANK, where significant improvements in performance management systems were implemented. Khaled also contributed to HR initiatives at the United Nations, focusing on organizational restructuring for various Egyptian ministries. Khaled holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The American University in Cairo and completed A-Level studies at The English College in Dubai.
