Laetitia Raphalen

Laetitia Raphalen is currently serving as the Director of Global External Communications & Strategic Planning at Danone. Previously, they held various communication roles, including PR and Communications Country Lead at Cisco and Corporate Communication Specialist at Disneyland Paris. Laetitia also worked as a communication consultant at Acanthe Communication and VFC Relations Publics, managing strategies for key accounts like Nespresso Business Solutions and Nestlé Waters France. They began their career as a media relations project manager at Proteines and have extensive experience in both written and crisis communication. Laetitia graduated with a Master's in Communication, Events Management, and PR from ISCOM.
