Lim Heng

LIM Heng is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Danone since June 2023, LIM has previously held key HR positions at ZILLENNIUM CO.,LTD, Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance, and Khmer Beverages Co., Ltd., among others. With a career spanning over a decade, LIM's expertise encompasses team management, employee relations, recruitment, and training and development. LIM holds a Bachelor's degree in English for Business from Cambodian Mekong University and a High Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Preah Kossomak Polytechnique Institute.
