Luis Togni

Luis Togni is an internationalist focused on technology and innovation, currently serving as a Coordinator of HR at Danone, where they lead Talent Acquisition and Training & Development for multiple factories in Brazil. Previously, Luis worked at Raízen as an HR Analyst and at Shell Box as a Digital Product Analyst, where they were involved in strategic initiatives and product development. They have a background in International Relations and have furthered their education through prestigious programs, including an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq. Passionate about transforming organizational cultures through technology and people, Luis has also contributed to social projects aimed at community empowerment.
