Luz Alcedo is currently the Head of Organizational Development, Culture & Engagement Iberia at Danone, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Luz worked at Danone as a Transformation Responsible and Human Resources Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Luz has also served as a Human Resources Analyst at ExxonMobil from 2013 to 2015 and held a role as a Human Resources Trainee at SAP in 2012. Luz earned a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa from 2009 to 2012 and completed further studies at Regent's College, European Business School, London from 2012 to 2013.
