Magda Malinowska

Magda Malinowska serves as a member of the Program Council at Fundacja Drugie Skrzydła since May 2025, contributing to the foundation's strategy and objectives while providing support to beneficiaries. Prior to this role, Magda accumulated extensive experience in various sectors, having progressed from a Consultant to a Manager in the Human Resources Division at Michael Page from July 2015 to June 2022. Magda also worked as an ELT Consultant at Oxford University Press and as Principal in Professional Services at Wyser, focusing on recruitment in sectors such as investment banking and management consulting. Currently, Magda holds the position of Recruitment Manager for IT & Data at Danone, where responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies and managing projects and vendors at a global level. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, postgraduate studies in Brand Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, and training from the Oxford Sales Academy and Sandler Training Polska.
